Welcome to the World!
It’s been a while since I have been in touch with a number of my customers and my hostesses and some may be wondering why. So, I thought I had better introduce you to my reason for not calling! Welcome to the world Benjamin James Ka-Yan Wong! Would you believe he came into the world weighing a very impressive 9lb 3oz? His size was a bit of a shock but no more than when I tell people how long it took! 13 minutes!! Imagine my surprise when I was told “since you are both healthy, there were no complications and this is your 3rd child—you can go home tomorrow.”
“What the?” was my thought. Benjamin is now almost 8 months old and I’m getting back to work slowly. Both Maddison (12) and Elizabeth ( 3) are loving having a baby brother to play with. He’s growing so quickly that it seems like he was never a newborn. But that’s probably because he was so big to start with.
Some other exciting news for us! August 2009 we have finally decided to take the plunge and get married! I’ll just give you a moment to pick yourself up off the floor………
Organising a wedding with a new baby in the house is proving a bit of a challenge but will be well worth it. I hope this finds you and your family safe and well.
